Well, it’s true. The smoker from my last post did die for the most part. I think actually it might have still worked, but it did catch on fire, so I thought it best to check with the manufacturer on that whole situation. I told my story to Bradley Smokers and they came through with flying colours. They covered the shipping costs to get the damaged unit back and they are sending me a new smoker. These guys are known for their customer service and I can certainly attest to this fact. It was all pretty painless.
The most painful part is the waiting for the new smoker. I need to smoke some more.
